The City: Canvas, Tool, Weapon

I am what the French call a "Flâneur". One who strolls the city, who is a wanderer, an observer, and is a documentarian of the world around them. Exploring cities is one of life's greatest joys. Through this blog, I want to take inspiration from the great observers and wanderers of cities who called the streets and café tables of Paris, London, and beyond at the turn of the Twentieth Century - but focus and expand on the modern issues, realities, and influences in the modern metropolis. As we face the daunting crisis of Climate Change, how can we use our city as a Tool to fight for the survival of humans. How can we use the city as a Canvas to foster human expression and art and promote a better quality of life. And how can we prevent the city from becoming a Weapon - destroying health, our planet, and our freedom as city dwellers. Read my blog below!
